STACKMANN NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBER FOR SALES AND MARKETING AT ŠKODA
Reinhard Fleger (52), Board of Directors member for Sales and Marketing at Škoda, moves to Volkswagen Financial Services AG effective September 1, 2010. As General Manager of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, he assumes responsibility for the China/India Region as well as becoming Chairman of Volkswagen Finance (China) Co. Ltd.

The new Board of Directors member for Sales and Marketing at Škoda is Jürgen Stackmann(48), currently Managing Director Marketing and Sales at Ford-Werke GmbH (Cologne).

Jürgen Stackmann began his career at Ford-Werke in 1989, holding several posts in sales and marketing in Germany and Europe, particularly in the passenger cars division. Stackmann became Director for Marketing in 1999 before being appointed as Vice President Marketing at Ford Europe in 2005. Stackmann became Managing Director for Sales and Marketing at Ford-Werke in 2006, and was appointed Vice President in 2009.

Reinhard Fleger has been with the Volkswagen Group since 1976, gaining his first professional experience in cost planning and control, pricing and controlling. He held several senior management posts, including Head of Sales Controlling, Volkswagen brand and Group, before being appointed Board member for Finance at Volkswagen Gedas in 2002. He became the Board member for Finance at Volkswagen de México in 2005, also assuming responsibility for Organization, Marketing and Sales in 2007. Fleger has been the Board of Directors member for Sales and Marketing at Škoda since 2009.
