Mladá Boleslav, 27 January, 2012 - Reigning SWRC World Champion Juho Hänninen of ŠKODA Motorsport (factory team) will be the main star at the Racingshow, a major motorsport trade fair to take place in Vienna, Austria over the upcoming weekend. The event programme includes a public discussion on rallying for fans and experts from Austria and the Czech Republic. ŠKODA will showcase its successful Fabia Super 2000.

Juho Hänninen was a guest at the Racingshow two years ago and, as he says, both he and the whole ŠKODA Motorsport team have made a big leap forward ever since, gaining loads of experience and making numerous achievements: "When I was here for the first time in 2010, I could not know how successful our cooperation would actually be. We have won the Manufacturers category of the IRC twice and, together with my co-driver Mikko Markkula, one IRC title in the Drivers category. In addition to that, we have made one big dream come true for both us and ŠKODA by winning the SWRC world championship title", says the reigning champion and goes on to say: "I am glad to be part of this great team and the ŠKODA brand, and I am looking forward to this season in the ŠKODA Motorsport team – we have many new challenges ahead of us this year".

As one of the key items, the Racingshow programme includes a public discussion on rallying to be attended by some big names of this popular sport from Austria and the Czech Republic. The main attraction for fans is Juho Hänninen whose performance is scheduled for Sunday, 29 January, 1:15 PM.ŠKODA Motorsport made its first competition appearance this year at the Jänner Rally in January and had a reason to celebrate - Kopecký & Dresler won, Hänninen & Markkula came second.
