DEMAND FOR ŠKODA YETI AND ŠKODA SUPERB COMBI INCREASES

The positive trend in the automotive market regarding the Yeti and Superb Combi models has resulted in the increase of their production at the Škoda Auto plant in Kvasiny. With the start of production of these models, there was an increase of personnel to the current 3,500 employees.
In order to maintain positive production growth, Škoda Auto is considering transferring Škoda Roomster assembly from Kvasiny to the Vrchlabí plant. This potential transfer would ensure stabilization of production capacities at both plants and, furthermore, demonstrate the social responsibility of Škoda Auto.
