In connection with the agreement on employment already in force, a tariff agreement was reached through collective bargaining at Škoda Auto today.

The bargaining teams agreed on increasing tariffs by 2.7 % as of April 1, 2010. Also, employees will be rewarded with a single payment in the amount of CZK 10,000 as recognition of their performance and flexibility in the difficult and turbulent year 2009. Furthermore, in relation to the agreement on social expenditures already in force, the employer's contribution will be increased by CZK 50. The expiry date of the new collective agreement is March 31, 2011.
