CHANGES TO THE ŠKODA AUTO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

As of January 1, 2010, Mr.Karlheinz Hell has acceded to the newly created position of Škoda Auto Board member responsible for purchase.
The Board of Directors has been extended due to ever more demanding and important role of the purchase department in securing the production in cooperation with suppliers VW Group-wide. Mr.Karlheinz Hell's tasks will further include coordination of VW Group's purchase activities in the Central Europe.
